Hello!

…and welcome to my website. I’m Hannah.

I’m a writer and creative who champions female empowerment and spiritual activism. I hope this site will provide nuggets of inspiration.

As someone living with a disability and a wheelchair user, I’m passionate about breaking down barriers around the topic and bringing awareness through my content.

My mission is to help others around me find a way to live and thrive within their personal centre and find grace within that space.

We live in a world with a lot of disconnection and the power of connection is not to be underestimated. I’m currently in the process of writing my first book with the intention to help others reconnect with themselves, and I encourage you to join me on this journey and follow me along for the ride.

I live with Elhers Danlos Syndrome, POTS, and MCAD amongst other things. As with any person who finds themselves in a similar situation the road for me hasn’t always been easy. I’ve learnt that by sharing our stories we can not only help others to realise that they are not alone but also remember their true potential.

Speaking from personal experience, it has taken me a long time to accept help but since I’ve been more open and to it, I have found it has empowered my life and opened doors that I didn’t think possible.

The best medicine to improve your life is to surround yourself with laughter and kindness.

Despite the situation I’m in, I don’t let it prevent me from doing the things that light me up. I love to travel, even if I have to do it slightly different from the ‘normal’ way! I’m a believer in making the best of things and using gratitude to superpower my life.

I am constantly surrounded by people who raise me up, which makes me feel really lucky. It is so important to have a strong support network around you. I’m extremely passionate about meditation as a tool and no matter where your at in your life it can help shift you.

I believe in the importance of integrating our darkness with our light rather than bypassing our darkness. For me, it’s about knowing there’s no single perfect way, but a number of ways in which we can enhance and improve our lives in order to be able to move beyond perfectionism. I hope to be able to share that with you here.

It’s my greatest hope that through my words and by sharing my story with you, even if just one person feels that it has helped them, this will indeed be a blessing.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

May we all rise in love.

Hannah
